Terms of service

These terms govern use of solardapt.com and any commercial engagement with Solardapt. Specific engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed by both parties.

Services

Solardapt provides operations, retention and growth services for aesthetic clinics worldwide. Service scope, fees and SLAs are defined per engagement in the relevant statement of work.

Fees and payment

Foundation Sprint fees are payable in advance. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month, payable within 14 days. Late payments may pause service delivery until cleared.

Cancellation

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The Foundation Sprint includes a 60-day satisfaction provision: if recovered revenue and saved hours don't outweigh the fee, we'll work an additional month at no charge.

Compliance

We build and operate within ASA, CAP, GDPR, CQC and Save Face guidance. Final responsibility for clinical, regulatory and CQC compliance remains with the clinic and its registered manager.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect and consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
