This policy explains how Solardapt (“we”) collects and processes personal data. As a UK based business we operate under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with PECR (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) governing cookies and electronic marketing. For visitors elsewhere we also support the EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California) and the Australian Privacy Act. Region specific rights apply where relevant.

Contact details you submit (name, business, email, phone), enquiry details (installs/month, market), and technical/marketing metadata (UTM parameters, fbclid, device, approximate location, consent records).

Purposes & legal bases

To respond to enquiries and provide our services (contract), to measure and improve marketing (consent), and to meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), GoHighLevel (CRM, booking calendar, pipeline and nurture email/SMS, the system of record for your enquiry), Meta and Google (advertising and analytics, consent gated).
