Privacy policy

Solardapt ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through solardapt.com and during commercial engagements with clinic clients. We process data under GDPR and applicable international data-protection law (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and equivalent local frameworks wherever our clients operate).

What we collect

Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, clinic name, Instagram handle, stage of business, operational pain), email correspondence, and basic site analytics (page views, referrer, device type) collected without identifiable cookies where possible.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, and send the Solardapt dispatch (only if you've opted in). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Patient data

When working with clinic clients, patient data remains inside the clinic's existing clinical software (Fresha, Pabau, etc.). Solardapt operates on anonymised exports and aggregated retention data only, governed by a Data Processing Agreement signed at the start of every engagement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email navinsonsana@solardapt.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for 24 months and client commercial records for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law in your jurisdiction. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
